Normally delivered Within 7 working days. However due to the current situation you may experience longer delivery times.
*Within 48 hours of placing your order, you will receive an email to confirm it has been dispatched from our warehouse. This will include a tracking number so you can follow your order with our courier.
If you are not happy with your products for any reason they may be returned for a full refund:
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order
You have 28 days of receipt of your order to return the goods to us (address below)
We cannot take responsibility for items lost without a proof of delivery and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been used and tags removed. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, you should contact us by email email@example.com or telephone 020 7613 4616 on the same day if you wish to return the item.
If you should have an item that is faulty please follow the above instructions and we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance to your legal rights.
